What’s On Offer

  • Position: Full-time, permanent
  • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Working Arrangements: 3 days in the field, 2 days in the office

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Your duties will include:

  • Customer Management: Serve as the main point of contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client requirements are understood.
  • Account Growth: Identify and explore opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customer account plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and manage overdue invoices with a proactive approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to onboard new customers effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reports on KPIs, sales, debt management, retention and renewals.
  • Field Visits: Engage with clients directly through regular visits to maintain and strengthen partnerships.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: Proven track record as an Account Manager or similar.
  • Sector Background: Experience in the service sector is essential.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Mindset: A motivated, driven individual with a passion for professional growth.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
