CUSTOMER START UP ADMINISTRATOR
 

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established business based in Wakefield. They operate in the UK and internationally and are a highly regarded employer of choice, committed to investing in and developing their employees.

They are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Customer Start-Up Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will facilitate the initial stages of customer engagement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as clients begin their journey with the company. You will play a critical role in coordinating resources, managing documentation, and providing support throughout the start-up process.

What’s On Offer

  • Basic salary £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
  • Hours of work Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
  • 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new customers to their onboarding paperwork and requirements are met
  • Deal with customer enquiries, answering their questions and guiding them through the start-up process
  • Keep accurate records of customer agreements and onboarding documents.
  • Work with other teams (like sales and operations) to ensure everything is coordinated for customer start-up
  • Update customers on their onboarding progress and address any issues they have

Key Requirements

  • Experience in customer focused administrative support environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with customer management software
