SHIFT SUPERVISOR – 4 DAY WORKING WEEK MONDAY TO THURSDAY – NO WEEKENDS!

Job Description

• Oversee daily production output, resolving issues as they arise.
• Manage workflow to overcome short and long-term challenges.
• Ensure a safe workplace by promoting and enforcing safety policies.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
• Make tactical decisions to meet daily operational goals.
• Promote lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve long-term departmental goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor / Team Leader, leading a team within a fast-paced environment like manufacturing, production, warehouse or similar
• Working knowledge of an operational environment
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Awareness of health and safety standards
• IT Literate – MS Office including MS Excel
