The Role

• Provide first line support for customers requiring assistance with digital products
• Respond to and resolve technical queries
• Support new customers with digital set up
• Ensure queries are dealt with in line with service level agreements
• Test current and new products to ensure full compatibility with devices, operating systems and browsers
• Provide remote training by phone and/or video conferencing to customers on the use of systems
• Provide internal support on digital products, including training if required, to members of all other departments
• Provide and manage digital downloads for customers

What You’ll Need

• Excellent IT skills – tech savvy
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
