Sales Account Manager – Global Engineering Supplier

Your Role
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer enquiries, process quotes and sales orders
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Revive dormant customer accounts
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
1 in 4 weeks home-based late shift:
- Monday & Tuesday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Wednesday & Thursday: 16:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 13:00 – 20:00
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role (Account Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Order Processor)
- A confident, engaging telephone manner
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office
