What You’ll Do:

The Transport Manager will oversee the HGV fleet and drivers, ensuring full legal compliance, efficient route planning, and high service standards.

• Ensure full legal compliance with servicing, maintenance, and driver regulations
• Manage and oversee driver checks, training, and audits
• Plan efficient UK-wide transport routes while minimizing empty runs
• Negotiate supplier contracts for cost efficiency
• Lead and develop the transport team to deliver top-tier service

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years’ management/supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years’ transport planning experience
• CPC qualification
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and budgeting abilities
